In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise. These definitions apply throughout the document and to all related policies incorporated herein by reference.

By accessing the oke3 Platform, completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you irrevocably confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them, together with any documents incorporated herein by reference, including oke3's Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the oke3 Platform, refrain from creating an Account, and contact oke3 support to arrange the return of any funds held in an existing Account subject to verification of your identity.

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and oke3. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials, marketing communications, or verbal representations made by any party, these Terms shall prevail.

Use of the oke3 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal gambling age under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. oke3 maintains a zero-tolerance policy on underage gambling.
• Legal Capacity: You must possess full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, a resident of, or accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order on the oke3 Platform or any connected platform under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered Account on the oke3 Platform. Attempts to operate multiple Accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts.

oke3 employs age verification procedures during the registration process and prior to processing the first withdrawal from any Account. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any Balance, including winnings derived from play conducted while underage.

To use the real-money features of the oke3 Platform, you are required to create a registered Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number or email address, and a secure password. oke3 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent time is true, accurate, and not misleading. You agree to promptly update your Account details if any information changes. oke3 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information.

oke3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons, to refuse any registration application, to close an existing Account, or to require additional documentation before allowing continued access to Platform features, including deposits and withdrawals.

Account registration and use of the Platform are entirely personal. You may not allow any third party to access or use your Account. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not such activity was authorized by you personally.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or permit access to your Account by any unauthorized party.

You must notify oke3 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. oke3 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account prior to you notifying oke3 of such unauthorized access, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

oke3 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your Account. You are also advised to use a unique, strong password that is not reused across other platforms, and to log out of your Account when accessing it from a shared device.

All transactions on the oke3 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The minimum deposit is ₱100. Available payment methods include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

You may only deposit funds into your oke3 Account using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to third parties will be rejected and returned. oke3 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to fund your Account.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Completion of KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification, including submission of a valid Philippine government-issued ID, is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method previously used to fund your Account and registered in your name, or to a verified payment method linked to your Account profile.
• Any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before funds derived from bonus play can be withdrawn.
• oke3 reserves the right to delay processing of withdrawal requests pending additional verification checks, particularly for first-time withdrawals, unusually large amounts, or accounts where unusual patterns have been detected.
• Processing times are estimates and are not guaranteed. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed same-day. Bank transfers typically process within one to three business days.

oke3 does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawal methods. Any fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are outside oke3's control and are your responsibility.

oke3 may offer bonuses, free plays, cashback, and other promotions to registered Players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion only.

General bonus conditions that apply across all oke3 promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited systematically or in conjunction with third parties to derive guaranteed profit.
• oke3 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse, including but not limited to bonus hunting, collusion, or use of automated software.
• Wagering requirements must be met on real-money funds and Bonus Funds in the order specified in the promotion terms, before any funds subject to those requirements can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within their specified validity period will expire automatically and are not recoverable.
• oke3 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, subject to applicable law and regulatory requirements.

All games available on the oke3 Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers. Each game is subject to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules applicable to each game before placing a wager.

RNG-based games (including slots and software table games) use certified Random Number Generator systems that have been independently audited by recognized testing laboratories. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages published on the oke3 Platform represent the actual configured rates for each game as operated on the oke3 Platform. Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the game system. oke3 will not reverse valid game outcomes and does not accept liability for player dissatisfaction with legitimate game results. In the event of a game malfunction or technical error that affects the outcome, oke3 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account Balance.

oke3 does not guarantee the uninterrupted availability of any specific game. Games may be temporarily withdrawn for maintenance, provider updates, or regulatory reasons without prior notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the oke3 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and/or referral to the relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Accessing or using the Platform while under 21 years of age or on behalf of any person who is under 21.
• Using the Platform from a Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.
• Operating more than one registered Account on the oke3 Platform simultaneously or sequentially without disclosure.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to give an unfair advantage in gameplay or bonus claiming.
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Deliberately exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith after withdrawals have been processed or games have been played.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing oke3 staff, customer support agents, or other Platform users.

All content on the oke3 Platform, including but not limited to the oke3 brand name, logo, website design, user interface, text, graphics, software code, game assets, and promotional materials, is the property of oke3 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including those of the Republic of the Philippines.

No content from the oke3 Platform may be copied, reproduced, distributed, published, displayed, modified, or transmitted in any form or by any means — including electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise — without the prior written consent of oke3 or the relevant rights holder.

oke3 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include any right to sublicense, resell, or exploit the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke3 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any nature, even if oke3 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of Platform services, whether scheduled or unscheduled, including interruptions caused by internet service providers, telecommunications infrastructure, or third-party service outages.
• Any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain appropriate account security practices.
• Any outcome of a game that occurs as a result of legitimate RNG or live dealer processes, regardless of your expectations regarding that outcome.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit oke3's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves financial risk, and that no outcome is guaranteed. You accept full personal responsibility for any financial losses you incur through your use of the oke3 Platform.

oke3 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all Players. oke3 provides the following tools to all registered Players, available immediately upon request through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after you have been playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your Account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or for a defined minimum period of six months, exclude yourself from accessing all real-money features of the oke3 Platform.

oke3 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any related policies.
• Detection of fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to satisfactorily complete the KYC verification process within a reasonable period.
• Detection of underage use or use by a self-excluded individual.
• Access from a Prohibited Territory.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a Player's bank or e-wallet provider.
• Requirements of applicable law, PAGCOR direction, or court order.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting oke3 support. Upon closure, any verified Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your last-used verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to any applicable withholding required by law.

Where an Account is closed due to breach of these Terms, oke3 reserves the right to withhold any Balance and Bonus Funds pending investigation of the relevant breach. Winnings derived from fraudulent or prohibited conduct may be permanently forfeited.

oke3 collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

oke3 processes personal data for the purpose of operating the Platform, providing gaming services, complying with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and PAGCOR reporting requirements), preventing fraud, and communicating with Players regarding their Accounts and relevant promotions.

oke3 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers (payment processors, game providers, identity verification services) where necessary to deliver Platform services, subject to appropriate data processing agreements. Data may also be disclosed to PAGCOR, Philippine government authorities, or law enforcement bodies where required by law.

oke3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, oke3 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, or through a prominent notice displayed on the Platform.

Your continued use of the oke3 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact oke3 support to close your Account and withdraw any remaining Balance.

The current version of these Terms, marked with the effective date, will always be available at oke3.club/terms-conditions. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and oke3 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact oke3's customer support team to attempt an informal resolution. oke3 will endeavor to resolve disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of first notification to oke3 support, either party may submit the dispute to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, or to the dispute resolution processes available under PAGCOR's regulatory framework, as applicable to the nature of the dispute.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent interlocutory or injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where circumstances require.
